titleOfInvention | Method for monitoring call-up age migrators adaptation process |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves determining cardiovascular system economization coefficient, adaptation potential, total protein amount in exhaled air vapor condensate, protein amount in saliva and nitrogen oxide amount in urine. Monitoring is started at the first week, at the second and sixth month of sojourn in new residence, initially determining cardiovascular system economization coefficient and adaptation potential at every stage. Their values being equal to 1920-3150 and 1.91-2.4 at the first week in conditional units 2400-3240 and 1.87-2.37 at the second month and 2160-2970 and 1.68-2.00 at the sixth month, respectively, normal course conclusion is drawn concerning the adaptation process. The mentioned intervals being violated, at least one of indices selected from the group containing total protein amount in exhaled air vapor condensate, protein amount in saliva and nitrogen oxide amount in urine, is additionally determined. The obtained results are interpreted in terms of adaptation process course. n EFFECT: high accuracy in determining adaptation process development direction. n 1 tbl |
