FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) with fentanyl of fentanyl-similar derivatives as an active substance. For avoiding random (incorrect) overdosing due to uncontrolled release of active substance being the result of a lesion, the active substance is in microreservoirs full of liquid. If necessary, the layer with active substance can be supplied with a membrane.
