abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing snack canned food. One should prepare all recipe components. Mussels' meat and carrots should be blanched and cut, potatoes should be cut and blanched, hen eggs should be boiled, shelled and cut. Fresh white cabbage should be chopped and frozen, green onions should be cut. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with canned green peas, dry milk, acetic acid, common salt, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained and mayonnaise should be packed, sealed and sterilized to obtain a target product. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
