abstract FIELD: oil pollution elimination. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of environmental objects polluted by crude oil and petroleum derivatives using oil-oxidizing microorganisms applied in immobilized form on a carrier. Invention comprises selecting hydrophobic oil-oxidizing microorganisms, producing biomass, immobilizing biomass on sorbent "Ekolan" at pH = 7 and weight ratio 5:1, and adding mineral fertilizers at concentration 2-16 g/L in presence of aluminum salts over a period of time at least 1 h. Resulting biomass is added to oil-polluted ground or oil slime at weight ratio 1:1000 at periodical stirring and maintaining moisture content 60%, after which mineral fertilizers are added. n EFFECT: enhanced purification efficiency. n 10 cl, 3 dwg, 3 tbl, 3 ex
