titleOfInvention Biologically active component showing antifungal activity and antifungal prophylactic-therapeutical varnish "demikten" based thereon
abstract FIELD: pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes use of metabolism products of bacterium Bacillus subtilis and/or Bacillus lichenformis on agar as biologically active component showing antifungal activity. Ratio of metabolism products of the two bacteria, if in use, is 1:1. Antifungal therapeutical-cosmetic nail varnish comprises water-soluble film-forming agent, in particular polyvinylacetate emulsion, and base antifungal biologically active component in the form of above-defined bacterial metabolism product on agar at specified components' ratio. As preservative possessing antifungal activity, paraform is used. n EFFECT: achieved simultaneous antifungal and antiallergenic activities. n 5 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
