abstract | FIELD: stomatology. n SUBSTANCE: cistectomy comprises resection of fang apexes followed by instrumental and medicaments treatment of osseous cavity. Then osseous cavity is filled with osteoplastic material containing 2% chitosan ascorbate having molecular weight 100-700 kDa and degree of deacetylation 95-98% including, based on 1 g dry chitosan ascorbate: 5-100 mg chondroitinsulfuric acid, 10-100 mg hyaluronic acid, 2.5-5 mg heparin, 11-220 μg bovine serum growth factor, and 4% sodium alginate at chitosan-to-sodium alginate ratio 1:1. n EFFECT: shortened bone tissue restoration time and prevented postoperation complications due to better compatibility of utilized osteoplastic material with bone tissue and lack of allergenic activity in this material. n 5 dwg, 2 ex |
