Wall material made from artifician stone |
abstract |
FIELD: finish materials in architecture and civil engineering giving advantage in design sphere. n SUBSTANCE: proposed wall material made from artificial stone contains no more than 93 mass-% of inorganic finely-dispersed component at size of particles of from 180 mcm to 9.5 mm and inorganic component of finer dispersion at size of particles lesser than 180 mcm; inorganic finely-dispersed component includes 5 to 95 mass-% of particles of transparent inorganic finely-dispersed component and 7 mass-% or more of resinous component in form of polymer. Wall material has convexo-concave surface at maximum height of profile between concavity and convexity of from 1 mm to 100 mm. Wall material is molded and hardened in form of plate or in form of shaped profile; transparent inorganic component which is naked on its surface and convexo-concave surface are studded with bright dots which have different appearance at different illumination and at motion of natural and artificial light. This material may form continuous surface layer. n EFFECT: enhanced design effect in form of glaze and dullness. n 14 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl |
