titleOfInvention Method for production of vaccine against animal pasteurellosis
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cultivation of P.multocida pasteurellas of A, B, D serological variants in liquid nutrient medium and investigation od physicochemical and biological characteristics of bacterial mass followed by finishing of pasteurella cultivation concentrating thereof and inactivation with formalin. Additionally activity of soluble surface antigens in reaction of passive gemagglutination is determined in cultural liquid free from cell bacterial mass. Pasteurella cultivation is finished at values for P.multocida of A, B, D serological variants as 1:512-1024; 1:1024-2048; 1:1024-2048, respectively. Target product is obtained by cultural liquid free from cell bacterial mass concentration by 3-5 times. n EFFECT: accelerated method for vaccine production; vaccine of increased activity. n 8 ex
