titleOfInvention Osteosynthesis of the fractures of mandibular condylar process under endoscopic control
abstract FIELD: medicine, oral surgery. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating the fractures of mandibular condylar process in case of the shift and dislocations of the caput. The method deals with introducing the needles towards mandibula at the angle ranged 35°-90°, the ends of these needles should be fixed with plastic as a monoblock to be tightened downwards for mandibular repositioning. It is necessary to introduce the needles into condylar process and fix free ends of the needles and the monoblock as a single plastic unit. The innovation prevents the lesion of facial nerve, large-sized vessels, nerves; decreases the terms of surgical interference being simple in installing the above-mentioned fixing construction; excludes the necessity in repeated surgical interferences that shortens the terms of therapy in such patients. n EFFECT: higher efficiency. n 2 dwg, 1 ex
