abstract FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. n SUBSTANCE: at first one should fulfill transcutaneous irradiation of blood, individual duration of which should be estimated so to irradiate 170 ml of circulating blood. During the impact the irradiator should be constantly moved along skin surface along the projection of the vessel without leaving the skin. Duration of irradiation of one point is 2 sec, not more, exposure dosage of laser radiation is 20 mJ/sq. cm, not more. On thoracic skin it is necessary to mark the borders of the second irradiation region, moreover, it contains projection area onto posterior thoracic surface, the roots of lungs and inferior pulmonary departments. Irradiation area should be copied onto transparent film. Due to computed measurement of the picture obtained one should detect the are of the second irradiation region. This value should be applied for detecting the duration of pulmonary irradiation. The innovation provides the correction of the function of external respiration, hepatoprotector action, it enables to avoid the phenomenon of "second exacerbation" and arterial hypotonicity. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. n 2 ex
