abstract | FIELD: systems for technical and engineering building operation, particularly for emergency stoppage of water supply in plumbing systems of residential, public and industrial objects in the case of room flooding. n SUBSTANCE: system comprises electromagnetic shutoff valves installed in intake cold and/or hot water supply pipelines, moisture sensors arranged in most possible water leakage areas, control apparatus electrically linked to electromagnetic shutoff valves and to moisture sensors and power supply unit having input attached to 220V power source. Control apparatus comprises commutation unit and indication unit. Moisture sensors are linked to commutation unit input. The first communication unit output is connected to indication unit input. The second communication unit output is linked to electromagnetic shutoff valves. Power supply unit is connected to indication unit and to moisture sensor inputs.
