abstract |
FIELD: biochemistry; production of the water purifying diphasic compositions. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the water purifying diphasic compositions. The composition contains (in mass %): (a) 5-75 of the surface-active substance; (b) at least 2.5 molecules of polydextrose; (b) at least, 2.5 - 50 molecules of sucrose; and (d) - the water and auxiliary components - up to the balance. The other version is the composition containing (in mass %): (a) 5-75 of the surface-active substances; (b) at least - 2,5 molecules of molecules of polydextrose; (c) at least from 0.5 up to approximately 4 the salt; (d) at least - 2.5 - sucrose; and (e) the water and the auxiliary components to the balance. These compositions contain, at least, two visible separated layers on the basis of the water at aging the compositions without shaking or steering.
