FIELD: chemical industry; production of the paints. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the compositions of the paint including the molecular derivative of the indigo or thioindigo, which is fully connected with the surface of the layered or fibrous clay. The invention presents description of production of the wide color range of the coloring composition at change of the pH medium in the course of its production, and also at the change of the conditions of the synthesis and the change of the size of the clay particles.
