titleOfInvention Method for evaluating the state of gastrointestinal barrier in patients after radical duodenoplasty
abstract FIELD: medicine, surgical and therapeutic gastroenterology. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with controlling and predicting the state in patients after radical duodenoplasty apropos of ulcerous disease. The technique suggested provides the control for the results of post-surgical interference apropos of ulcerous duodenal disease due to evaluating the state of protective gastric barrier according to the detected valuable criteria. This enables to accurately differentiate patients being returned to prolonged mode of life without any complaints, improve quality of their lives and prevent the onset of complications. In patients after radical duodenoplasty that includes the detection of the ratio of the factors of protective gastric barrier after surgical interference one should detect morphometric parameters: thickness of mucosa, the height of fundus glands and the quantity of glandular secretory cells and, also, the level of histochemical parameters - mucins and trefoil peptides and in case of positive dynamics of morphometric values and tendency for keeping high tempo of synthesis of histochemical values against the level of the same values before operation one should predict relapse-free flow of ulcerous disease, and in case of the mentioned affected regularity it is possible to determine the risk for the relapse of ulcerous duodenal disease. n EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation. n 2 ex, 3 tbl
