titleOfInvention | Method of and device for cleaning exhaust gases |
abstract | FIELD: mechanical engineering, heat power engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry, automotive industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in exhaust gas neutralization systems of different power plants, particularly, boiler units, thermal power stations, internal combustion and diesel engines. Proposed method of cleaning of exhaust gases includes delivery of exhaust gas flow to catalyst and delivery of air for neutralizing harmful admixtures of exhaust gases. Prior to delivering to catalyst, exhaust gas flow is positively mixed with air flow and simultaneously first stage of neutralization is provided by acting on said flows with magnetic field in which vectors of direction of forces are orientated in plane perpendicular relative to direction of delivery of exhaust gases. Magnetic fields is formed by at least two magnets whose like poles are installed opposite to each other and are constantly maintained in this position, and turbulent mixing of flows of exhaust gases and air provided, and than second stage of neutralization is carried out. Device for implementing proposed method is provided. n EFFECT: improved neutralization of exhaust gases. n 20 cl, 4 dwg |
