titleOfInvention | Method for treating patient for retinal central vein thrombosis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves removing interior junction membrane in macular region before radial optical neurotomy is done. Then, vitreous cavity tamponade is carried out with perfluororganic compound. After radial optical neurotomy being accomplished, panretinal laser coagulation is intravitreally carried out outside of vascular arcades. The central and paracentral retina zones are intravitreally irradiated with low intensity laser radiation with wavelength of 632-633 nm, power of 5 mW on light guide end and total radiation time of 5-10 min. Then, perfluororganic compound is substituted with gas. Intravenous Remote laser radiation treatment is carried out 30-50 mm far from cornea using pulsating low intensity laser radiation with wavelength of 890 nm, pulse power of 10 W, pulse duration of 200 nsand frequency of 600-800 Hz with exposure time equal to 5-7 min in postoperative period beginning from the first day during 7 days. n EFFECT: rapid recovery of hemodynamics, hemorrhages and retinal edema resorption; stable improvement of vision function. n 2 cl |
