titleOfInvention Method of making of surgical implant (versions) and surgical implant
abstract FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. n SUBSTANCE: according to first version of making surgical implant, it has central area and porous surface area extending along at least of part of central area. Porous surface area has preset portion of volume of pores. Method is based upon following steps: (i) loading of metal powder with preset distribution of sizes of particles into sealed capsule around pre-formed central part; (ii) reduction in pressure inside mentioned capsule to reach preset pressure being lower than atmospheric one; (iii) creation of pressure in mentioned capsule by means of technological gas to reach preset pressure being higher than preset pressure at step (ii); (iv) pressurization of mentioned capsule; (v) heating of mentioned pressurized capsule at increased temperature and pressure during specific time to get blank of implant; (vi) cooling mentioned pressurized capsule down; (vii) warming mentioned blank during specific period of time at increased temperature and pressure, being lower than atmospheric one, to create pores in mentioned implant blank. According to second version, method consists of following steps: (i) selective agglomeration of sequent layers of metal particles to form implant blank of required shape; and (ii) warming mentioned blank up to form mentioned implant. Described surgical implant is made according to first method. n EFFECT: better compatibility with bone; higher wear resistance. n 31 cl, 3 dwg, 11 ex, 7 tbl
