abstract FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluorinated cycloalkyl-substituted benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) wherein X means oxygen or sulfur atom or -NR6 wherein R6 means hydrogen atom, alkyl comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms; m = 0, 1, 2 or 3; n = 0, 1, 2 or 3; p = 0, 1, 2 or 3; q = 1, 2 or 3; r = 0, 1, 2 or 3 and wherein sum m + n + p + q + r is 2 at least; R1 means hydrogen atom or alkyl comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms; R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms; R3 means -SO u R10 wherein u means 0, 1 or 2; R10 means alkyl comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms; R4 means hydrogen atom or alkyl comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms; R5 means hydrogen, and their pharmaceutically tolerant salts.
