abstract FIELD: drying engineering. n SUBSTANCE: dispersion dryer comprises hopper for charging damp material provided with feeder, at least two drying chambers interconnected in series, fan for supplying heat-transfer agent to the chambers, and system for cleaning exhaust heat-transfer agent. The screw feeder is mounted in the bottom section of the cyclone. The semi-dried product is directed again to the drying chamber through the hopper that receives also the damp material. The cyclone is additionally connected with the device for discharging. The heat transfer agent is supplied to the drying chambers from the mixing chamber by the fan. The air is supplied to the mixing chamber from the heat exchanger and from the recirculation system provided with valve. The heat-transfer agent is supplied to the chambers through bottom branch pipe coaxially to the chambers and through the side branch pipe perpendicular to the axes of the drying chambers. The acoustic dust trap is mounted at the outlet of the end drying chambers and connected with the cyclone. n EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. n 1 cl, 1 dwg
