titleOfInvention Process for production of heat-resistant perinone dyes
abstract FIELD: paint-and-varnish industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention aims at producing heat-resistant perinone dyes for film coatings and dyeing synthetic fibers, viscose and mixed cotton fabrics. Production process comprises the following. Dicarboxylic acid anhydride or tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride is subjected to condensation with aromatic diamine preliminarily dissolved in water on boiling in aqueous medium for 60-120 min in presence of hydrochloric acid as catalyst. Reaction product is separated, washed, dried at 120°C and further subjected to heat treatment in air at 150-300°C for 5 to 120 min. Impurities-free product obtained at yield 95.5% shows heat resistance at temperature above 350°C. n EFFECT: reduced process time and expenses, improved environmental condition, completely eliminated acid effluents, and excluded organic solvents thereby eliminating fire risks. n 2 cl, 7 ex
