abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves determining alpha-2-macroglobulin MG and lactoferrine LF in blood serum. Coefficient K value is calculated from formula K=MG/LF. The value being greater than 1.2, no purulent necrotic destruction is considered to be available in uterine appendages and without neighboring organs being dragged into inflammatory process and surgical treatment method with laparoscopic access is to be selected. The value being less than 0.5, generalized purulent destructive is diagnosed and surgical treatment method with laparotomy access is to be selected. n EFFECT: improved diagnosis and treatment method.
