abstract FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymes. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the strain Aspergillus aculeatus VKM F-3766D that shows ability to produce complex of carbohydrases involving cellulases, beta-glucanases, xylanases, mannanases and pectinases and comprising enzymes with the high activity level. Invention provides possibility for preparing the complete complex of enzymes used in hydrolysis of vegetable raw polysaccharides and, if necessary, separate individual enzymes (components) of the complex. The complex and expensive nutrient media are not required for providing the high productivity of the strain.
