abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves transplanting Alloplant biomaterial into damaged skeletal muscle defect region. Structured Alloplant biomaterial for carrying out the fixing plastic repair is introduced through muscular belly. The material is manufactured as tape or threads fixable with central sutures to bone or connective-tissue supporting structures and also at the place the belly is pierced-in. 5-6 injections of fine dispersed Alloplant biomaterial called also «Regeneration Stimulator» are administered into transplant muscle bed for restoring the function. n EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
