abstract FIELD: biology, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical compounds and compositions that can be used as modulating agents of phototoxicity of skin cells. Proposed "modulators" relate to material that can either accelerate or decelerate damage of cells, for example, skin cells caused by effect (exposition) of light, for example, UV-rays of type A. Modulators are chosen from group consisting of 3-hydroxyproline pharmacophor or proline, 4-hydroxyproline or its alkyl ester.
