titleOfInvention | Method of accelerated measurement of arterial blood pressure |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: moments of compensation are registered during process of compensating pressure raise on base of sharp change in second derivative of pulse wave. During first moment of that, current amplitude of pulse wave is memorized. Lower pressure is assumed to be equal to current value of compensating pressure. During first moment of compensation after compensating pressure reaches increment of 10-15 millimeters of mercury column relating to lower arterial pressure, difference between current maximum and current instant value of pulse wave is calculated. Higher pressure is found from formula of P ah =P al +A al *ΔP c /(A al -ΔA), where P al is value of lower arterial pressure, A al is value of pulse wave amplitude measured at the very first moment of compensation, ΔP c is difference between compensating pressure and value Pal at first moment when compensating pressure reaches preset increment, ΔA is difference between current maximum and current instant value of pulse wave. n EFFECT: increased speed of measurement. n 13 dwg |
