titleOfInvention Method for prediction of gestosis in pregnant females with obesity
abstract FIELD: medicine, gynecology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic methods. Method involves analysis of serum blood (volume of a sample is 0.02 ml) using the apparatus-program complex "IKAR" by 9 channels with specific ranges separated with help of interference filters, in cm -1 : 3500-3200, 3085-2832, 2120-1880, 1710-1610, 1600-1535, 1543-1425, 1430-1210, 1127-1057 and 1067-930 and an average transmission index is calculated. Based on obtained values a value of multiscale Bartlett's criterion and Makhalanobis's distance for a patient is calculated, and at Bartlett's criterion value 2392.7279 and Makhalanobis's distance value 76.8248 ± 1.0186 the gestosis development is predicted. Using this method provides detection of pregnant females with preclinical gestosis symptoms on the obesity background and possibility for prediction of this complication in pregnancy course. n EFFECT: improved method for gestosis prediction. n 1 tbl, 4 ex
