Method for detecting human parvovirus b19 in biological sample (variants) and set for its realization |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine, virology, biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for detection of human parvovirus B19. Method involves isolation of nucleic acids and amplification of isolated nucleic acids using sense and anti-sense primer. Nucleic acids are isolated by interaction of biological sample with a solid backing comprising captured parvovirus-specific nucleic acids associated with a backing. Primers SEQ ID NO:60 and 88 are used a sense primers and SEQ ID NO:59 and 89 are used as anti-sense primers. Also, invention proposes a set for realizing a method. Invention provides detecting human parvovirus B19 in a biological sample. n EFFECT: improved method of detection. n 26 cl, 67 dwg, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
