FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, psychopharmacology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to using compound chosen from group consisting of the formula (I): and the formula (II): wherein phenyl at position X is substituted with halogen atoms chosen from group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atoms and taken in the amount from one to five; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are chosen independently from group consisting of hydrogen atom and (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl wherein (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl is substituted optionally with phenyl wherein phenyl comprises optionally substitutes chosen independently from group consisting of halogen atom, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkoxy-, amino-, nitro- and cyano-group. Proposed compounds are used in manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for protection of nervous cells from cerebral ischemia and necrosis.
