abstract | FIELD: medicine, oncology. n SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out polychemotherapy by 4 courses with 3-week breaks. The first and the third course show duration for 15 days, and the second and the fourth courses - for 8 days each. Polychemotherapy is carried out by the following schedule: in the first and third course belustin is administrated in the first day, etoposide is administrated in the first, second and third days. Doxorubicin is administrated in the first and fifteen days. Bleomycin, viblastin, dacarbazine are administrated in the fifteen day. The second and fourth courses involve administration of doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastin and dacarbazine in the first and eighth days. Method provides reducing time required for the complex treatment of lymphogranulomatosis based on decreasing number of cycles of polychemotherapy and in improving two-year indices of relapse-free viability.
