abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, oncology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to condensed heterocyclic succinamide compounds of the formula (I): , their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or isomers wherein G represents mono- or polycyclic aryl or heterocyclic group substituted possibly at one or more positions; L represents a bond, -(CR 7 R 7' ) n (wherein n = 1; R 7 and R 7' represents independently hydrogen atom (H), alkyl or substituted alkyl) or -CH 2 -NH-; Z 1 represents oxygen atom (O); Z 2 represents O; A 1 and A 2 represent -CR 7 or in common with R 7 from group W is a heterocyclic ring wherein oxygen represents a heteroatom; Y represents -O-, -SO-, -N(V 2 )-, -CH 2 -N(V 2 )-, -CO-N-(alkyl)-, -CH 2 -S-, -CH 2 -SO 2 -; V 2 represents hydrogen atom, alkyl, arylalkyl, -CO-alkyl, -CO-O-aryl, -CO-O-arylalkyl; W represents -CR 7 R 7' -CR 7 R 7' -, -CR 7 R 7' -C=O, -NR 9 -, -CR 7 R 7' -, -N=CR 8 -, -N=N, -NR 9 -NR 9' -, cycloalkyl or substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or substituted cycloalkenyl, heterocyclo- or substituted heterocyclo-group, aryl or substituted aryl wherein if W doesn't mean -NR 9 -CR 7 R 7' -, -N=CR 8 -, -N=N, -NR 9 -NR 9' - or heterocyclo- or substituted heterocyclo-group then Y must mean -O-, -CH 2 -S-, -SO-, -CH 2 -SO 2 -, -N-(V 2 )- or -CH 2 -N-(V 2 )-; Q 1 and Q 2 represent hydrogen atom (H).
