titleOfInvention | Preparation for preventing the grippe in poultry and animals |
abstract | FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science. n SUBSTANCE: the suggested preparation for preventing the onset and the risk of the grippe in poultry and animals includes cationic surface-active substance, low-molecular glycol or glycerol, hexylresorcinol or heptylresorcinol and ammonium chloride or sulfate, and also, an excipient, at a certain ratio of components. Another variant of the suggested preparation for preventing the grippe in poultry and animals includes the same components and nonionic surface-active substance. As the mentioned cationic surface-active substance one should apply didecyldimethylammonium bromide, or didecyldimethylammonium chloride, or 1,2-ethylenebis(N-methylcarbdecyloxymethyl)ammonium dichloride, or N-alkyl-N-alkoxycarbonylmethylhexahydroazepinium chloride, or alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, alkylpolybenzylpyridine chloride or their mixtures with N-cetylpyridine chloride or cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. As the low-molecular glycol one should apply triethylene glycol, or 1,2-propylene glycol, or polypropylene glycol. As the excipient it contains either water, or 8-20%-aqueous solution of ethanol and isolpropyl alcohol. As the nonionic surface-active compound one should apply monoalkyl ether of polyethylene glycol or oxyethylated alkylphenol, or monophenyl ether of ethylene glycol, or monophenyl ether of propylene glycol. The innovation provides high virucidal activity of the preparation suggested. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. n 9 cl, 64 ex |
