abstract FIELD: biotechnology, ecology, microorganism-based systems. n SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass pts): cellulose-containing base 100; water-repellent agent 10-20; emulsifier 0-30; and diluting agent 10-100. Carrier is obtained by providing of mixture from water-repellent agent, emulsifier, and diluting agent. Then cellulose-containing base is treated with obtained mixture for 0.1-0.5 h at 10-30°C followed by drying for 6-48 h at 10-30°C and further for 0.5-2 h at 75-120°C.
