FIELD: biothechnology, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new mutant forms of multisubstrate deoxyribonucleoside kinase of Drosophila melanogaster (Dm-dNK) having altered kinetic properties compared with wild type enzyme. Expression of said forms in cell makes it possible to reduce of cell mortal dose (LD 100 ) at least one nucleoside analog used as prodrug and selected from group: AZT, aga-A, aga-C, ddC, ddA, and 2 CdA.
