FIELD: meat processing industry, in particular food supplement production for treatment of meat semi-finished products. n SUBSTANCE: claimed supplement contains essential oils, oleoresines of natural spices, food emulsifier or arabic gum, xanthan gum, table salt, modified potato starch, food-grade phosphates, sodium acetate, potassium citrate, lactic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, glucose or glucose syrup. Additionally food supplement composition may contain gardenstuff, east or Chinese spices in natural form or in form of oleoresines.
