FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes 8-amino-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyridine-6-carboxylic acid amide of the formula (I): wherein R 1 means -NR'R'' wherein R'1 and R'' represent independently of one another lower alkyl, -(CH 2 ) n -C(O)NR a R b , -(CH 2 ) n -pyridinyl, -(CH 2 ) n -phenyl, -(CH 2 ) n -CN, -(CH 2 ) n -O-lower alkyl or -(CH 2 ) n -(C 3 -C 8 )-cycloalkyl; or R' and R'' form in common with nitrogen atom (N) 5- or 6-membered nonaromatic ring system wherein the latter can comprise additionally one heteroatom - oxygen (O) or sulfur (S) atom and wherein indicated ring system can be unsubstituted or substituted with one or two substitutes chosen from group consisting of lower alkyl, -C(O)NR a R b or group -(CH 2 ) n -O-lower alkyl; each R a and R b represents independently hydrogen atom or lower alkyl; R 2 means phenyl or heteroaryl representing pyridinyl, furanyl substituted possibly with halogen atom, or lower alkyl, thiophenyl substituted possibly with lower alkyl, or thiazolyl radical, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts also.
