titleOfInvention | Method for producing immunostimulator |
abstract | FIELD: medical engineering. n SUBSTANCE: method involves homogenizing 1-2 months old seal thymus in distilled water within 5-6 mines at 8000 rpm, treating it with ammonium sulfate in 1:3-3.5 proportions by volume to reach saturation of 50%. The supernatant is acidified by bubbling carbonic gas. The deposit is dissolved after acidifying and centrifuging it in distilled water to reach saturated solution condition, forced through chromatographic column with Sephadex G-50 counterbalanced with distilled water. Centrifuging operations last not longer than 15 min, at 3000 rpm. n EFFECT: increased immunostimulator output; high biological activity; wide range of functional applications; simplified process. n 2 cl, 5 dwg, 3 tbl |
