titleOfInvention Hot well for preboiler cleaning of potable water
abstract FIELD: preboiler cleaning of potable water, applicable in heat power engineering. n SUBSTANCE: the hot well has an accumulative space, space of foul condensates, space of purified condensates provided with an overflow edge in the upper section and communicating with the accumulative space, petroleum accumulation space, petroleum settling space provided with an overflow pipe, whose upper extremity is positioned above the surface of media separation of the of the cleaned condensate space, and the upper one communicates with the petroleum accumulation space, mechanical and coalescencing filters, receiving space of replenishing water and two buffer fences of replenishing water adjoining the inner wall of the receiving space of replenishing water. The body of the waterlock is installed above the receiving space of the replenishing water, the branch pipe of the replenishing water supply and the ventilation device are connected to the waterlock. The horizontal section of the body bottom is made with a width and length in plan at least 0.1 of the width of the hot well body and conjugates with its lateral walls by the lifting sections of the bottom at an angle of inclination exceeding 15 deg. The overflow pipe of the waterlock with its upper extremity positioned in the bottom of the waterlock body at a level of not lower than 100 mm from the horizontal section of the bottom, and with the lower extremity-in the receiving space of replenishing water at a level below the middle of the height of the hot wall. The lifting section of the waterlock bend is made with a height of not less than a half of the hot well body, with its lower extremity it communicates with inner space of the waterlock body at a level below 50 mm from the upper extremity of the waterlock overflow pipe, and the lowering section of the waterlock bend communicates with the accumulative space. The space of purified condensates is positioned between the accumulative space and the petroleum settling space. The lower extremity of the petroleum overflow pipe of the petroleum settling space is positioned above the bottom of the petroleum accumulation space, and the upper extremity of the free cut of the petroleum overflow pipe is positioned above the level of the concave section of the overflow edge of the separating wall and provided with an extended cylindrical pipe connection with an inside diameter of more than 2-3 diameters of the petroleum overflow pipe. The distance of the upper extremity of the cut of this pipe connection and the concave section of the overflow edge of the separating wall exceeds the distance of the last free cut of the upper extremity of the petroleum overflow pipe by 2.5-3 times, and the lower extremity of this pipe connection is provided with a flange, whose lateral surfaces with downward inclination make up an angle exceeding 15 deg. relative to the horizon. n EFFECT: enhanced reliability of boiler plant. n 3 cl, 5 dwg
