Paint contains, wt %: soda liquid glass with density 1.33-1.35 g/cc, 23.0-25.0, urea 2.3-2.5, butadiene-styrene latex 18.0-22.0, chalk 20.0-28.0, talk 6.0-6.5, red ochre 4.0-12.0, finely ground glass production waste 2.0-2.5, the rest being industrial formaldehyde-containing waste water as diluent.
