abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing injection needle through conjunctiva and conducting it in turn between the conjunctiva and sclera along each of four direct muscles of eye: superior direct muscle, inferior direct muscle, interior direct muscle and exterior direct muscle. Hydrocortisone suspension combined with lidocaine hydrochloride is injected into their bellies zone at a dose of 0.3 ml per each muscle. The total treatment course is 1-2 procedures long with 7 days long pause. n EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prolonged anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous and sclerosing drug action. n 2 dwg
