titleOfInvention Method for carrying out primary collagenoplasty of locomotor eyeball stump to make cosmetic replacement
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves doing all operation stages in radiosurgical way. After having removed eye content, implant is placed into scleral cup from concentrically rolled collagen sponge. Sutured bundle of intramuscular collagen bulbar cellular tissue is lifted at the same time through the collagen roll center in a way that the collagen roll obturates circular scleroneurectomic opening of posterior scleral cup pole with its diameter, being immersed into the muscular funnel by 1 cm. The bulbar cellular tissue with muscle funnel blood vessels is to be placed higher than the collagen roll in the scleral cup. The scleral sponge disks are sutured in turn, beginning from small diameter to large one and then in reversed sequence forming a sphere in this way that is composed of separate free disks. The center of these disks belongs to extension of the suture used for sewing the bulbar cellular tissue and that is tied above the upper last disk. Then, four notches are done on external scleral opening in skewed meridians at 0.5 cm. The upper and lower vertical scleral flaps and external and internal horizontal ones are sutured in couples with overlap using 1-2 interrupted sutures. Tennon's capsule is sutured with continuous purse-string suture. The method is applied for optimizing rotation support and stump movement and excludes eccentric displacement in orbit by creating sagittal axis by transplanting bulbar cellular tissue into locomotor stump. n EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness OF treatment. n 5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
