titleOfInvention | Method for treatment of stomach and duodenum ulcerous disease |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of stomach and duodenum ulcerous disease. Method involves administration of combination of conventional anti-chelicobacter agents and preparation livorin forte in the dose 1 capsule, 3 times per a day, during eating for 1 month in patients with nonexpressed painful syndrome and insignificant dyspeptic disorders. Method involves administration preparations essentiale forte in combination with α-tocopherol acetate simultaneously with anti-chelicobacter agents in patients with expressed painful syndrome accompanying with nausea and vomiting wherein esentiale forte is administrated in the dose 5 ml in autoblood medium by intravenous route for the first 10 days of treatment followed by dosing by 2 capsules, 3 times per a day, during eating for 20 days. Administration of α-tocopherol acetate is carried out firstly as intramuscular injections in the dose 1.0 ml of 30% solution for 10 days followed by oral dosing by 1 capsule containing 0.2 ml of 50% preparation solution, 3 times per 24 h for 20 days. Based on eradication therapy and correction of lipids metabolism proposed method provides improving regeneration and endogenous mechanisms for protection of gastroduodenal region mucosa tissue resulting to reducing healing time of ulcers. n EFFECT: improved and enhanced effectiveness of treatment method. n 2 ex |
