abstract FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of production of the agglomerate of the binders. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the granulated agglomerate of the binders and to the method of its production. The granulated agglomerate of the binders for production of the means for coating of the surfaces contains at least the natural or synthetic polysaccharide on the basis of cellulose, and the synthetic polymeric compound selected from polyvinyl acetate. At that 5 mass % of it makes the water solution or the dispersion of the particles with the diameter laying above the middle size of the particles (D50), and the water solution or the dispersion of the particles with the diameter laying below the middle sized of the particles (D50), after dissolution within 1 hour or less have viscosities, which are less than by 20 % differ from each other, and at that at least 50 % of the particles have the diameter exceeding 0.5 mm. The method of production of the above-indicated agglomerate, at which the composition containing at least the natural or synthetic polysaccharide on the basis of cellulose and at least the synthetic polymeric compound, is selected from polyvinyl acetate, is subjected to the pressure exceeding 10 kH/cm 2 or to the specific pressure force of the rolls from 2 kH/cm up to 150 kH/cm and then it is comminuted. At that the natural or synthetic polysaccharide and the synthetic polymer compound are granular. n EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the means for coating of the surfaces containing 5 + 5 mass % of the particles with the diameter above or less than the middle size of the particles (D50) and their viscosity differs by less than 20 % from each other, and at lest 50% of the particles have the diameter above a half millimeter. n 11 cl, 3 ex
