abstract FIELD: medical equipment industry; methods and the devices for production of the medicine equipment and materials. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the drying of the chemical compositions represented in the form of the solution on the substrate. The invention is especially good for drying of the solution at manufacture of the testing strips with the reactant, which are used at the analysis for the purpose of determinations of the concentration of the analyzable substance, in particular, for electrochemical determination of the substances analyzable in the blood. The method of manufacture of the substrate coated with the reactant provides for the substrate coating with the reactant in the corresponding solution and action on the solution with the radiation energy fed at least by one heater and the simultaneous guiding of the airflow onto the solution. The airflow should be sufficient only for destruction of the vapor barrier of the solution. Due to that here may be achieved the fast drying at the simultaneous production of the high quality product. The substrate, on which the chemical substances are drying may have the reflective coating for provision of its application at the high levels of the radiation energy. At manufacture of the electrochemical testing strips the metallic or metallized substrate is predominantly used. Such testing strips may be used in combination with the different sets, and the results of the analysis may be easily read out with usage of the portable meters. n EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the testing strips may be used in combination with the different sets, and the results of the analysis may be easily read out with usage of the portable meters. n 9 cl, 8 dwg
