titleOfInvention Stimulator "poliflor" for growth of microorganisms and preparation for treatment of gastroenteric tract diseases
abstract FIELD: medicine, biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: stimulator "Poliflor" for growth microorganisms based on water-soluble salts of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals or ammonium and monocarboxylic amino acids comprises the following components, wt.-%: acetate anion, 45-65; formate anion, 1-10; lactate anion, 1-20; succinate anion, 3-36; glutamate anion, 3-18; aspartate anion, 0.1-1, and monocarboxylic amino acids, the balance. The preparation is added to culture in the dose 10-500 mcg/ml. After administration of "Poliflor" in digestive tract it stimulates growth of endogenous intestine rods, bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in simultaneous minimization of its stimulating effect on pathogenic microorganisms that allows their displacing from body microflora based on competition with bacteria useful for digestive tract. "Poliflor" can be used both separately in the dose 1-100 mg/kg body weight and in combination with preparation containing live cultures of microorganisms. Invention is effective for normalization of humans and animals biocenosis in simultaneous minimization of stimulating effect on pathogenic microorganisms. Invention can be used in applied biotechnology, veterinary science and adjacent fields. n EFFECT: valuable biological and medicinal properties of stimulator. n 4 cl, 4 tbl, 9 ex
