abstract FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method involves placing a donor with vision index 0.2, not less, in dark lightproof compartment wherein he occurs with opened eyes for 45 min. Then blood is taken off by heparinized syringes. Method provides preparing blood with increased content of nucleosides and nucleotides exceeding the parent in plasma blood level by 2-5-fold. Invention can be used for preparing blood with the increased content of nucleosides and nucleotides followed by its using in treatment and prophylaxis of dystrophic diseases with any localization and without exudation-hemorrhagic process. n EFFECT: improved preparing method.
