FIELD: medicine, perinatology. n SUBSTANCE: one should sample the waters during the period of delivery in pregnant women from the risk group at verified urogenital infection and/or the presence of fetoplacental insufficiency to detect the value of TNF-α and neopterin. At TNF-α being above 88.1±7.9 pg/ml and neopterin being above 17.3±1.6 ng/ml one should predict hypoxic-ischemic lesion of neonatals' CNS.
