abstract | FIELD: gluing materials. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a pressure-sensitive gluing composition for sticky bands with enhanced heat stability and designated for protection of heated steel surfaces against corrosion. The composition comprises rubber with unsaturated bonds, resinous agent for enhancing stickiness, filling agent, polyisocyanate, vulcanizing agent chosen from the group comprising aromatic dinitroso-compound as a monomer or polymer and comprising from 2 to 6 aromatic rings and at least two nitroso-groups, or aryldioxime, or dithiocarbamate derivative, or alkylphenolformaldehyde resin and, additionally, 2,2,4-trimethyl-6-R-1,2-dihydroquinoline or its polymer wherein R means hydrogen atom (H), alkyl, ethoxyl or phenyl group. n EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composition. n 2 tbl, 7 ex |
