titleOfInvention | Using compound combining property of serotonin reverse uptake inhibitor and agonist of 5-ht1a-receptor |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, veterinary science. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates ton using a compound combining properties of inhibitor of serotonin (5-HT) reverse uptake and agonist of 5-HT 1A -receptors as an agent used in treatment of disorders associated with behavior stressors in veterinary medicine. Indicated compound is chosen from the group consisting of 1-[4-(5-cyanoindol-3-yl)butyl]-4-(2-carbamoylbenzofuran-5-yl)-piperazine or its physiologically acceptable salt or 3-{4-[4-(4-cyanophenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-butyl}-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile or its physiologically acceptable salt. Invention provides higher level of inhibition of indicated disorders in animals as compared with the known analogues. n EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal and veterinary properties of compound. n 4 cl, 3 ex |
