abstract FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. n SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: glycine, 0.08-0.3 kg; complex nutrient supplement "Bonavit", 2.0-4.0 kg; 85.8% sugar syrup, 20.0-22.0 l; maize embryos aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 2.0-4.0 l; dried laminaria aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 0.3-0.8 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed vodka provides to the ready product higher organoleptic indices and lower toxicity. According to record of the central tasting commission the tasting score of vodka is 9.69. Toxicity of vodka is decreased by 60%. The combination of used components and their quantitative content provide preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusion and showing very mild harmonic taste specific for vodkas prepared from bread raw with barely after tasting cacao. n EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka. n 3 ex
