titleOfInvention Oil containing one or some long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids prepared from biomass, method for its preparing, children mixture, nutritive or fodder foodstuff or nutrient, cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof
abstract FIELD: food processing and oil and fat industry. n SUBSTANCE: stable oil comprises one or some long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids prepared from biomass as triacylglycerols and used as medium for transfer indicated long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids from biomass and as a carrier for indicated long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. At least 60 wt.-% of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids presenting in biomass are transferred in oil. Also, less 10% of phosphorus presenting in biomass is transferred in oil. Method for preparing oil involves contact of oil-carrier with biomass prepared from microorganism culture and comprising one or some long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids for aim of transferring a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid in form of triacylglycerols to indicated carrier. Then oil comprising indicated fatty acid is separated from biomass residue by pressing and filtering followed by deodorization under mild conditions. Also, invention relates to a foodstuff or children mixture, or nutritive composition, or cosmetic composition, or fodder product comprising above said oil. Fodder product comprises biomass residue prepared after separation of oil. Invention provides preparing the stable oil with minimal decomposition and can be used in nutrition of humans and animals, for cosmetic aims being without the additional treatment. n EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of oil. n 15 cl, 6 tbl, 23 ex
